Leslie, the founder of Maximize Consulting, is passionate about helping businesses and organizations maximize their potential to best serve their clients and communities. Leslie Montgomery has been a champion for leadership development, volunteer management, community resilience and training and exercise throughout her career. 

With over 20 years in nonprofit, government, community building, and emergency management experience, Leslie has brought the principles of leadership and facilitation to every position. Described as a “facilitative leader,” Leslie understands the power of diversity and works with her clients to ensure that all voices are heard and respected.
